You’re watching the Local News Network, brought to you by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and Fitness World. This week, September 7th through 13th, marks the highly anticipated Four Corners four by four week, a full week of off-road events starting with the ASM Auto Parts swap meet on Labor Day, then three days of fall crawl from Wednesday to Friday. Don’t miss the Four Corners vendor show on September 10th from 3:00 to 8:0 PM. The first 150 people to show up and get stamps by talking to three different vendors will get a free steak or chicken dinner plate. If you visit and get a stamp from a total of eight different vendors, you will receive a raffle ticket to enter to win either a winch, a $1,500 gift card to Treadworks, a set of 35 inch sticky tires for any side-by-side or a smart TV. This action packed week will conclude with the We Rock Grand Nationals competition Saturday and Sunday. The Farmington High School Scorpion football team will host Cleveland High School Friday night, September 11th at the Hutchinson Stadium at 7:00 PM. This 6A matchup will be the toughest test for the scorpion so far this season. After a tough loss to Durango last week, the scorps hope to bounce back against some of the toughest competition in the state. The Unison Festival returns to the Tico time River Resort in Aztec on September 10th through 14th, blending five days of live music with yoga, ecstatic dance, art, wellness workshops, and community gathering along the Animus River. Beyond the music, festival goers can expect swimming, paddle boarding, sound healing, all set on the 74 acre Riverside property.
